Vintage Brutalist Collagraph Screenprint by Nola Steinberg, Signed (1976, Artist’s Proof). Artist proof collagraph with multiple layer screenprinting on cream wove paper with deckled edges. Collgraph is an imprinting process in the paper where objects and shapes are pressed into the paper to create a bad relief/sculptural quality to the paper. Signed and dated in the lower right corner. In good condition with soft handling marks in the margins. Once matted and framed these imperfections will not be seen. It’s important to remember when it comes to prints the margins are there for handling purposes since the matte usually covers these areas.
