A hand-built terracotta portrait sculpture in the form of a Minotaur or Devil), created in a Surrealist style. Both sculptural object and functional candelabra, the piece has a candle holder at the crown of the figure. The surface has a patina with subtle wear and residual wax at the holder.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age. Wax residue visible around the candle aperture. Please consult photographs for additional details.
