Vintage raku fired ceramic vessel featuring faded pink and mauve smoke patterning across the exterior. The rim is finished with an organic woven treatment composed of palm fruit stalks, Spanish moss, and colored silk thread.
The piece is signed on the underside by artists Michael and Christine Adcock. A collaborative project where Michael creates the pottery while Christine uses her basketry skills to finish the rims. Presented in very good condition, with minor wear consistent with age and materials.
