Vintage hand carved folk art sculpture carved from a single piece of wood. The work incorporates both anthropomorphic and zoomorphic elements, including a carved face on the front at the bottom and a skeletal reptile climbing along one of the “legs”. Two carved feet are present at the base. The upper section is shaped into three rounded forms with a stippled surface pattern along the exterior. Signed “R.O.B.” along the lower portion of one leg. Wear is consistent with age.
