Large Antique Mimbres/Acoma Hand Painted White Slip Bowl with Ant Lion. Iconic black and white Mimbres design with an ant lion in the center. The interior rim has a thin double black line detail. Judging by the state of the bowl we believe this to be Acoma utilizing the style of the Mimbres people. In used condition. A crack along the side with a smaller hairline crack on the opposite side at the rim. 2007 auction label en verso. Stand is not included.
