Education & Formation
Born in Philadelphia in 1927, Jack Gerber received formal training at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, earning a prestigious Fellowship. He continued his studies at the Art Students League in New York as well as in Woodstock, further developing the expressive figural language that would define his mature work.
