Antique Folk Art Hand Carved Zoomorphic Footstool
Carved from a single piece of wood, this long, narrow folk art footstool features a zoomorphic form with sculpted skin-fold details where the legs emerge. The carved face on the front has a beautiful naive character to it. The surface has a deep brown/mahogany patina with scratches and scuffs consistent with age and use.
