The scene depicts a winter dusk, with a bare tree centered in the composition and a house or cottage with illuminated windows situated beside it. A female figure appears in the bottom right corner, approaching the house while carrying what appears to be branches or kindling. The painting surface is round, and the leather board support bears a stamp on the reverse side.
Condition:
