Housed in the original gilt frame. Professional restored and varnished. Reattached to the original stretchers with a wax seal around the edges. Reinforced wedges are placed into the stretcher bars. The back of the canvas has been reinforced with an archival board to prevent sagging and punctures. In very good condition with wear consistent with age. Age is present to the frame with scratches and scuffs throughout.
