Paint chips are present on the frame. Painting is in used condition with craquelure throughout. The stamp on the back is from the original Winsor & Newton shop at 38 Rathbone Place in London. This stamp predates the Royal Warrant in 1941. Rare piece of history as this was from the period of 1832-1841 before the seal was used on all of the labels.
